  • Week 1 - Your Vision: Identifying where you're at, where you want to go and the action that bridges the two - while also accounting for strengths, weaknesses and resources

  • Week 2 - Business Audit: Identifying KPI's relevant to your business and assessing 2022

  • Week 3 - Capacity + Boundaries: Identifying necessary adjustments, discussing delegations, exploring automations, mapping out outsourcing/hiring and figuring out what has got to go

  • Week 4 - Revenue Projections Roadmap: Before you scale, you need an in depth look at your cash flow analysis to know where you're headed and what your business is currently projecting

  • Week 5 - Refining Your Offer Suite: Taking your revenue projections + vision into consideration, you may find you’re missing an offer or need to redefine your current offer suite

  • Week 6 - Your Targeted + Strategic Marketing Plan: Identifying what marketing strategy works best for YOUR business, how to build it and how to measure it tangibly

  • Week 7 - Your Targeted + Strategic Marketing Plan 2.0: Putting that strategy from week 6 into real life ACTION

  • Week 8 - Transforming from Founder to CEO: Identifying key players + systems that will allow you to step back + step UP into the CEO role necessary for the growth of your business
