Kate is a teacher turned entrepreneur, mom of 2, and the founder of Your Behind the Scenes BFF®, an education and coaching brand teaching women how to build businesses as virtual assistants so they can create a life they love and a schedule to match. Kate has been in the online business space for 6 years, but 2 years ago, while she was 6 months pregnant and had a toddler on her hip, she made a pivot and started Your Behind the Scenes BFF® and now she provides services as an OBM while teaching other women how to start their VA business! Outside of work, Kate loves to read, pick up new hobbies every couple of months, and hang out with her husband and two boys, Luke and Jackson.

Ashley is a former (and recovering - Corporate Gal turned solopreneuer. As YourWorkWife, Ashley takes her MA in Organizational Leadership and years of HR/recruitment background and partners with woman-owned online businesses and brands, helping them to scale their managing strategy and project management; or grow their businesses by finding and onboarding their new team members. In her "downtime", Ashley enjoys drinking coffee, eating snacks, and hanging out with her husband Daniel and two kiddos Landon (4) & Ellie (2).
